Three men were accused of wounding a man in the stomach during a burglary when the victim died of a stroke five months after the shooting.  Robert Scott, 20, Samuel Barron, 23, and Arthur Lee Underwood Jr., 28, were indicted on first-degree murder charges.  Chris Seltrecht, who moved to Florida from New York 16 years prior to his death, was shot during a burglary at his rural Plant City ranch home on April 2, 1986.  He was taken to the hospital with a serious gunshot wound in the stomach.  The next day, Chris suffered a stroke.  Two days later, he died.
