Knox County tragedy held by authorities to be case of murder and suicide.  Niobrara, Nebraska - the shooting of Miss Nora Skokan, 17, and Emil Suchy, 20, was described as a "plain case of murder and suicide."  Apparently Emil had been brooding over Nora's refusal to accept his attentions when he forced her to accompany him away from a dance at Verdigre Sunday night.  

The shooting took place in an automobile near the home of his parents.  In the car containing the bodies were evidence of a struggle.  Nora's brothers were at the dance hall with her but happened to be inside when Emil accosted her.  They went after their sister with the sheriff and found the body.  An old .32 caliber revolver had been used to fire the shots.
